2022 Summer Registration (West Niagara Baseball)

As a valued member of the West Niagara Baseball community, you need to be aware of what has transpired over the past 3 years.  The West Niagara board has stood up to bullying, abuse and harassment in baseball in the Niagara area.  By doing so have become a target for speaking out and protecting the local families.  Board members have been subject to threats of violence and other sanctions, all while other baseball groups were given the private information of our members to solicit. 

We have requested assistance from Baseball Ontario, who claim they have no jurisdiction over the NDBA and the abuse/bullying/harassment that has occurred.  These matters are now before the courts and will affect the baseball in the Niagara area.

I can assure you that the West Niagara board has NEVER deceived or mislead our members in any way.

I/WE, the parents of the above named child, hereby give my/our approval to take part in all activities of West Niagara Minor Baseball.  I/We are aware of the inherent risks involved in participating in such activities.  They include on the field activities and also include the transportation to and from the activities. I/WE do hereby waive, release, resolve, indemnify and agree to not hold West Niagara Minor Baseball, the organizers, sponsors, supervisors, participants and persons transporting my child to and from these activities, for any claim arising out of an injury to my/our child, whether the result of negligence of for any other cause, except to the extent and in the amount covered by accident or liability insurance.
